2. Services

1. To interact with our non-custodial swap interface, you must connect a compatible self-custody wallet. We have no control over, or responsibility for, any wallet provider.
2. You may use the Services only for their intended purpose: accessing liquidity and swapping digital assets. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
3. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without liability.
4. You must not:
   1. upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
   2. impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
   3. introduce viruses or malicious code;
   4. reverse-engineer or hack the Services; or
   5. use the Services in violation of any law or regulation.
5. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your wallet and devices.

3. Fees

1. We may charge fees for certain transactions. Fees are displayed before you confirm a swap and may change without notice.
2. Blockchain network (“gas”) fees are separate and outside of our control.
3. You warrant that any payment information or digital assets used to pay fees are lawfully owned by you.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

1. The Services and any information provided are offered “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
2. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. Nothing we provide constitutes investment or financial advice.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.
